Ursoc, Cursed Bear God

tl;dr strategy
Half the raid stands on the bear's butt, half on his side. When he charges someone, that person runs straight back; afterward, the raid swaps places. Tanks do a complicated taunt dance (or go splat).

Fight Overview

Divide the healers and DPS into two roughly equal groups; call them Team 1 and Team 2. Raid leader should assign people to raid groups accordingly. (Odd groups are Team 1, even groups are Team 2. 7 and 8 are whelp groups.)

Raid sets up on Ursoc's right, tanks on his left (or in front of him). First tank pulls and faces him away from the raid, second tank joins the first (there are no cleave mechanics). On the pull, Team 1 sets up right behind Ursoc and Team 2 sets up on his side.

Periodically, Ursoc will put his Focused Gaze on one raider. That raider runs out directly behind Ursoc, as far as they can, to the charge mark. Once the bear finishes the cast, he will charge his target, running through everyone in Team 1. Once the charge is complete, the teams switch: Team 2 now parks on the bear butt and Team 1 on his flank.

If you're ever unsure whether you should be standing behind Ursoc or not (after the first charge), check your debuff bar. If you have Momentum, you should not be standing directly behind Ursoc; if you do not, then you should be.

At 30% health, Ursoc will frenzy. Use Heroism, blow all your cooldowns, and race to the finish.

Tanks:
The boss has two tank debuffs - Overwhelm and Rend Flesh. If you have one debuff and he hits you with the other, you will probably die. Fortunately, the boss does the two attacks in a steady rhythm, so there is a predictable pattern to the taunts.

To not die, taunt in the following pattern. Tank 1 is the tank that starts out with the boss.
Ursoc: Overwhelm
Tank 2: Taunt
Ursoc: Rend Flesh
Tank 1: Taunt
Ursoc: Overwhelm
Ursoc: Overwhelm
Tank 2: Taunt
Ursoc: Rend Flesh
Tank 1: Taunt
Ursoc: Overwhelm
Tank 2: Taunt

Tank 2 now keeps the boss, and you reverse the taunt rhythm:
Ursoc: Overwhelm
Tank 1: Taunt
Ursoc: Rend Flesh
Tank 2: Taunt
Ursoc: Overwhelm
Ursoc: Overwhelm
Tank 1: Taunt
Ursoc: Rend Flesh
Tank 2: Taunt
Ursoc: Overwhelm
Tank 1: Taunt

Healers:
Switch between bear butt and bear flank according to your team assignment.

Tanks will be constantly switching, so pay attention to the tank chatter; main-tank-healing buffs should go on the Overwhelm tank (the pulling tank, switching at 4 stacks of Overwhelm).

The boss does raid-wide damage each time he charges, increasing steadily each time and increasing drastically when he frenzies. Coordinate with other healers to chain your major healing cooldowns for the frenzy phase.

Healers:
Switch between bear butt and bear flank according to your team assignment.

Make sure your biggest damage CDs are available for the 30% hero phase.
